Description

Shake and Shimmy your way to fitness! Belly Dance! Enjoy the ancient art of belly dance as a way to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Each class offers an encouraging and supportive environment, a good workout, and a lot of fun. 6wks/$49 or $10 per class.
