Watauga Community Band Christmas Concert

The Watauga Community Band and the Watauga High School Band will ring in the holidays with a Christmas concert Thursday, December 7, in the Watauga High School auditorium. The concert begins with the Watauga High School Band at 6PM, followed by the Watauga Community Band.
The Watauga Community Band, directed by Bill Winkler, will celebrate Christmas with favorites such as Leroy Anderson’s “Sleigh Ride,” and “A Christmas Festival,” as well as Jerry Herman’s “We Need a little Christmas” from the Broadway Musical “Mame.” French horn player, Ryan Claar, will conduct Robert W. Smith’s arrangement of “Celtic Carol.”
This performance is free, and everyone is welcome to celebrate the Christmas season with the Watauga High School Band, and the Watauga Community Band.
